Retention rate of cadets attending college at the undergraduate level fulltime for the first time who completed their first year and returned for their second year. Calculated each year in August.

Graduation Rates

Graduation rates for cadets pursuing bachelor’s degrees and who received their degrees in 4, 5, or 6 years or 150%.

Transfer-Out Rate

4-year average Student Right-to-Know transfer-out rate calculation is 1% (USMA 2017-18 IPEDS Graduation Rates (GR) survey submission). A transfer-out cadet is a cadet who has not completed or graduated from USMA, but who has subsequently enrolled at another eligible institution in any program for which the reporting institution provided substantial preparation.
