To educate cadets in the behavioral, organizational, and sociological sciences to prepare them for careers as commissioned leaders of character, to inspire in them the values of Duty, Honor, Country and to provide the developmental opportunities for cadets and faculty that lead to personal and professional excellence during a career of service to our Nation and our Army.

West Point Leadership Center

As a center based in the department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership, the West Point Leadership Center provides an environment to study leadership science, capture the essence of the processes that transform cadets into leaders, and tackle the issues facing leaders in today’s global society. Operating at the nexus of the military, the private sector, government, technology, and society, a Leadership Center at West Point prepares leaders – ranging from cadets to statesmen – to tackle, and resolve the world's most formidable challenges.

Master's Executive Education

West Point's cadet academic support services provide the assistance cadets need to achieve their potential as students and as leaders. Whether it is receiving assistance in our Mounger Writing Center, working with a tutor, or taking a class to improve study skills, West Point has the support cadets need to excel. fdsgdhdg
