To champion the readiness of USMA staff and faculty by providing streamlined, high-impact personnel support—ensuring they remain equipped to educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets.

Customer service hours:

• 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Closed for lunch from 12-1 p.m.
• Closed on federal holidays and USMA training holidays.

HHC Open Door Policy:

The HHC Commander’s Open Door Policy ensures Soldiers and civilians attached or assigned to HHC can raise concerns and seek assistance directly with the Commander. While the chain of command remains the primary means for resolving issues, individuals may request to meet with the Commander after engaging their immediate leadership—or immediately in urgent or sensitive situations. Non-urgent meetings are coordinated through the department director and typically occur within three working days; the Commander is available at all times for urgent concerns.
