MAJ Leo St. Amour

MAJ Leo St. Amour is an instructor in the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the United States Military Academy (USMA).
He graduated from USMA in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and commissioned as a Cyber officer. As an MIT Lincoln Laboratory Military Fellow, he earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University in 2017.
From 2018 to 2023, he served as a Cyberspace Capabilities Developer with the 781st Military Intelligence Battalion at Fort Meade, Maryland, where he held positions as a senior capabilities developer and development section lead.
Before returning to USMA, MAJ St. Amour completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Virginia Tech. His research focuses on software engineering, program analysis, security, and computer science education.
