The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) facilitates the degree to which the United States Military Academy is accomplishing its mission and strategy through integrated planning, resourcing, and assessment. The office provides an institution-level assessment of effectiveness and is the proponent for the Periodic Development Review (PDR), serves as the MSCHE liaison office, and stewards governance, publication, and policy processes. ​
